SPLIT (4) Weakened to finish 11th last time at Santa Anita. Is capable of a resurgence. Joel Rosario and Tim Yakteen are consistently competitive when paired. Has found what on first sight looks an easy opportunity and will prove hard to beat. KYATHOS (1) Tailed off to finish 6th last time at Los Alamitos. Happy to forgive that run and rising in trip. Will be aiming for a soft run from the draw. Include in chances. SONG AND DANCE (2) Ran 5th last run at Santa Anita but has a good draw. Solid place bet prospects. MELBA MONTGOMERY (3) Well beaten when 6th last start at Santa Anita and dropping back to a shorter trip. Not out of this.
